How do I add funds?

Sign in, open Add funds, pay with the method shown and submit the transaction reference. Your balance is credited once we confirm the payment.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders start within minutes. Larger orders are delivered gradually over hours or days depending on the service. You can follow each order from your account.

Do I need to share my password?

Never. We only need the public link to your profile, post or video. Your account must be public while the order runs.

What happens if an order is not delivered?

If a service cannot be completed, the undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically. Open a ticket if anything looks wrong.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order while it is still waiting to start and the full amount goes back to your balance. Once delivery has started it can no longer be cancelled.

Is my balance refundable?

No. Your balance is prepaid credit for services on Demo Panel. It cannot be refunded or withdrawn, and it stays available for as long as you keep your account. Orders that are not delivered are refunded to your balance.
