About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Demo Panel and to every order you place here. By creating an account, you accept them, together with our privacy policy, refund policy and cookie policy.

Who can use Demo Panel

  • You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • The details you give us must be true. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • One account per person.

Orders

  • Only order for profiles, pages, posts and videos that you own or are allowed to promote.
  • The link must be correct and public, and must stay public until the order is complete. We never ask for your password.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Once an order has started, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If the link stops working, or the account goes private, while an order runs, the order may stop. Anything not delivered is refunded to your balance; anything already delivered is not.
  • Counts can drop after delivery, because social networks remove activity they judge not to be genuine. Drops are not refunded.

What you may not order

  • Anything for adult, hateful, violent or illegal content, or for content aimed at children.
  • Scams, fake reviews, impersonation, or the manipulation of elections or public debate.
  • Unlicensed gambling, illegal goods, or anything else that breaks the law where you are.

We may cancel such orders and close the account that placed them.

Your balance and payments

  • Money you add becomes prepaid credit on your balance. It can only be spent on services on Demo Panel.
  • It cannot be refunded to your card, wallet or bank, withdrawn as cash, or moved to another account.
  • Cancelled, failed and partly delivered orders are refunded to your balance automatically. Our refund policy has the details.
  • Prices can change at any time. An order is charged at the price shown when you place it.

Chargebacks and fraud

It is fraud to reverse or dispute a payment after it has been credited, to send a false payment reference, or to pay with a method that is not yours. We may close the account, remove the reversed amount from its balance and report it.

Social networks

Demo Panel is not affiliated with any social network. Growth services may break a network's rules, and the network may remove what was delivered or restrict your account. You take that risk.

Liability

Our services are provided as they are. We are not responsible for what a social network does to your account, or for any indirect loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to close yours at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using Demo Panel after a change, you accept it.
