Who we are

Demo Panel runs this website and is responsible for your personal data here. To contact us, open a support ticket from your account or use our contact page.

What we collect

  • Your name, username, email address, password (stored only in scrambled form), language, country and currency.
  • Your balance and its history, your orders and the links you order for, and your support messages.
  • For payments: the amount, method and reference, your mobile number where a payment needs one, and any receipt you upload.
  • For security: the IP address and browser you sign in from, and the devices you have used.
  • The dates you accepted our terms and our rule that added funds are not refundable.

We never ask for your social media passwords, card numbers or mobile money PINs.

Why we use it

  • To run your account, deliver your orders, match your payments and answer your questions.
  • To protect your account and our payments from fraud and misuse.
  • To keep the records the law requires.
  • To send you messages about your account, orders and payments. We only send marketing if you ask for it.

Who else receives it

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the companies that help us run this shop, and each only for its own task: our software and hosting provider; payment providers, which receive the details needed to process your payment; our email and messaging providers; and the partner that delivers your order, which receives only the link and the quantity. We also share data when the law requires it, or to prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

  • Your account data: for as long as your account is open.
  • Payment and balance records: for as long as the law requires.
  • IP addresses and browser details: up to 12 months.
  • If this shop ever closes: your account, your balance history and your orders are kept for 90 days and then deleted.

Cookies

We only use the cookies this site needs to work. Our cookie policy lists them.

Your rights

To get a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted, open a ticket. We answer within 30 days. Some records, such as payments, we must keep for longer.

Children

Demo Panel is not for anyone under 18.
