How long does delivery take?

Most orders start within a few minutes and finish the same day. The exact time is on every service in the list, measured from orders that have actually been delivered rather than promised.

Every service on the [services page](/services) shows its own delivery time. That figure is not a marketing number: it is the median of what that service has really taken lately, so a service that has slowed down says so.

Start time and delivery time are two different things. Start time is how long before the first unit arrives; delivery time is how long until the whole order is done. A large order on a fast service can start in a minute and take a day to finish, and that is normal.

If an order has not started after the time shown, open it from your orders page and use the button there. Nothing is charged twice, and an order that cannot be delivered is refunded in full.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my order still pending?
Pending means it has been accepted and is waiting its turn. Orders are worked through in the order they arrive.
Can I cancel and reorder to make it faster?
No. Cancelling puts you at the back of the queue rather than the front, and a cancelled order takes a moment to refund.
What happens if it never arrives?
It is refunded in full, automatically, to the balance you paid from.
