How to pay, and what happens next

Add money to your balance first, then order from it. Payment methods and the exact amount are shown before you pay, and your balance updates as soon as the payment lands.

Ordering here works from a balance rather than a card at the checkout. You top up once, and every order after that is instant: no second payment page, no waiting for a bank between choosing a service and placing the order.

The [add funds page](/account/funds) lists every method available to you, with the exact amount each one will ask for. Where a currency has to be converted, the converted figure is shown before you agree to it.

If a payment does not land, nothing is taken and nothing is ordered. If it lands late, it still lands: your balance goes up when the money arrives, whether or not the page is still open.

Frequently asked questions

Why a balance instead of paying per order?
Because the second order is then instant, and because a failed payment cannot leave an order half-placed.
Can I get a refund of my balance?
Ask through [contact](/contact) and say which payment it was.
Is my payment information stored here?
No. Payments are handled by the payment provider, and this panel never sees a card number.
